If you are experiencing back pain you can start by taking a pain killer and an anti-inflammatory pill during the first two days. This will moderate the pain and stop the inflammation. Try to keep your movements as normal as possible despite of the pain. Resting will often make the pain worse, while keep moving will speed up the recovery.
